Driver Diversionary Course Information

Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, face to face classroom sessions for all driver diversionary courses have been suspended.

Suffolk County Council is currently offering iNSAC (National Speed Awareness Course) as an online/digital virtual classroom session. The course lasts for two and a half hours and costs £90.

If you have been offered an online/digital course as an alternative to prosecution, please visit: https://www.ndors.org.uk/howto-online/ for information and to make a booking.

To take part, you will need to book and pay for your course online and have access to:

  • A tablet, laptop or desktop with microphone and camera with reliable internet connection capable of streaming video. Smart phones may be used; however, the course will be far more effective if you have a larger screen.
  • You will need to be in a private room, alone without disturbances for the duration of the course

If you do not have access to the above, you will need to contact the referring Police Force on the number included in your offer letter.
