We work with students to look at ways in which they can safely mix with traffic both on foot and bicycle, as they become more independent in their journey to secondary school.

60 minutes sessions.

Years 9 - 11

The session will look at how students can develop strategies for travelling as passengers in cars, often where the driver is inexperienced.  They will consider what they, as a passenger, can do if the driver is going too fast, showing off, or driving badly.  They will also look at why groups of young people travelling in a car will significantly increase the risks of the car being involved in a collision.

They will revisit pedestrian and cycle safety.
